SMG Training Systems (SMG) was established in Singapore in 1996 with the vision of helping organizations bring out the best in their human capital, deliver on business results and make changes happen.  

We focus on management and professional development, providing learning solutions, consultancy services, training workshops and training products to our clients. We have been providing quality training and consultancy to many organizations in the Asia Pacific region. With an excellent track record for quality and innovation, our services have been both well received and have delivered results for our clients.

SMG supports the Asia Pacific region with operations also in China with the establishment of SMG Consulting in Shanghai in 2003 and Thailand in 2006.
