OVERVIEW
This program focuses on the techniques needed to effectively communicate with your proposals. Create the right impression / image; build credibility, influence and sell. The key emphasis is in helping the customer to buy from you through effective proposals. The course aims to enable participants to plan and prepare for their proposals with an emphasis on the Cover Letter and Executive Summary. Your learning will be enhanced through application in an actual customer proposal. The participants will be working with a customer case study and responding to a Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the customer.
