OVERVIEW
The intent of the program is to provide participants with a good understanding and experience of managing projects. The focus is on the Project Management Life cycle and the key activities that will be carried out throughout this life cycle. In order to facilitate this learning, participants will be put into teams to manage a project from Initiating to Closing of the project.
